Why do I care?
Working for five years at one of the world’s biggest asset management firms, with over $1 trillion in asset under management, I’ve built a deep understanding of financial markets and the forces that shape them. But what’s become increasingly clear to me is that knowledge—more than capital—is the true foundation of financial sustainability.
Growing up, I often wondered how individuals with wealth could still find themselves in financial hardship. That question stuck with me. Over time, I realised the answer lies in a widespread gap in financial literacy. It’s not just about having money—it’s about understanding how to manage, protect, and grow it.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help people navigate their financial journeys with confidence. I’ve done the legwork: meeting with financial advisers, vetting their approaches, and building trusted connections—without charging a cost to those seeking guidance. But I believe in more than just referrals. I advocate for relationships where advisers empower individuals with knowledge, not just advice. Because when people understand their finances, they’re not just better off—they’re free.
To me, financial literacy isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. And knowledge is a form of wealth that compounds in ways money alone never could.
